Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted such as in the case of a pre-order.
Domestic shipping is $3 flat-rate & free for orders $125+
International shipping is calculated by weight. International shipping times will vary by location. We are not responsible for any fees incurred at the time of delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURN POLICY CHANGE 
we DO accept returns within 7 days of receiving the item. We do ask that you try on when you receive so you can let us know immediately if there is a problem. Upon initiating a return, you will need to have the original packaging the item came in (clear bag) and it must include all original SKUs and tags. When you are ready to start a return, pm or email brittanylinkoservice@gmail.com and I will send you a label to put it back in the mail and also a paper to print with your original order number and the return number.Once your return is back in the mail I can order your replacement item, or issue store credit if you choose.
Pre-orders and sale/clearance items are not eligible for a return or exchange as gift cards or items won in a giveaway.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with no signs of wash, wear, & free of any odors. It must also be in the original packaging, unopened if applicable, with all tags attached in the original manner in which they were received.
